About This Project

Atlantic Dwellings built this stunning contemporary extension on the rear of an art deco house. The scheme was designed by award winning architects Hyde+Hyde and proved a challenging build with many modern features and materials to incorporate, including a ‘floating staircase’, a cantilevered, overhanging upper floor, large panels of glass and a curved oak clad exterior. The project won a ‘RIBA Architecture Award for a Contemporary Residence’.
